May 4th

I'm Back!!

Breakfast: 310
2 eggs - (140)
Hamburger bun toast (still had not made it to the store, lol) - (170)

Lunch: 250
1/2 Peanut butter sandwich (250)

Snack: 255
Almonds (120)
12 oz Milk (135)

Snack: (90)
Cheese Toast (90)

**I'm sooo hungry today. I don't know why! I think my stomach is used to being fed constantly from this weekend... Blah

Dinner: (250)
Scrambled Eggs and Rice
*Jeff has school tonight, so I hate cooking just for myself. Eggs are quick, easy, and good for you! :)

**I felt really weird today... I had ups and downs where I was hungry but nothing sounded good to eat or I was not hungry at all. Then, when I got back from running, I got distracted playing on the computer so I didnt eat dinner till about 9:00..

Exercise: (-300)
Jogged 3 miles

Total: 855 this is pretty low, but I feel content and I'm not feeling deprived, so that's good.

  1. LOL, I know what you mean. Blah, I'm so sunburned from working in the yard that I'm not going to yoga - my skin crackles every time I bend my shoulder, its really painful, but I feel like cow since I won't exercise.
