Dinner @ Carrabbas: *their menu online does not give nutritional info... probably a bad sign.. :(

-House Salad:150
-Entree: 1/2 Chicken Marsala with veggies *There was a whole chicken breast with a balsamic mushroom sauce drizzled over it- yum!- but I only ate half (300)
-Dessert: these really cool mini shot glass dessert things... I got one with fudge brownie and chocolate mousse *they are perfect cuz they are just the right amount of sweet with out being over kill (300)
*I did ok today but more than usual... I ate more than I would have liked for leaving in a few days, though... :(

Sounds like you are doing great. I think anything around 1500 is really good, especially for a weekend. You are going to have sooo much fun in St. Thomas!
