Breakfast:
2 scrambled eggs and 1.5 pieces of bacon: (200)

Lunch:
Apple & Peanut Butter: (450)

Dinner:
Meatloaf (made with venison, so I looked up the nutrition info on beef and took some off since venison is leaner): (200)
Broccoli: (50)
1/2 Sweet Potato with brown sugar and butter: (100)
- a medium sweet potato only has about 103 calories, but since I am only eating half but adding sugar and butter, it brings it back up about 100
Milk (90)

Total: 1090

  3. they are 450 if you go sparing on the PB... 2TBS of PB is about 200 calories and an small/medium apple is about 50-60
