Jogged 3 miles (-300)
Took Frodo for a .4 mile walk (-30ish)

Lunch: 550
Salad (200)
2 Tamales with some chili (350)

Dinner: (800)
LOTS of Sushi and Sake!!!! I am going to be conservative and say about 800 calories, easily!

Total: 1360
