May 19

So I took a little hiatus from the food diary... I could use Paige's visit as an excuse, but I won't; I was just lazy.... So I am starting again today. :) I have to be in a bikini in less than a week, so I am going to do my best between now and Sunday. Wish me luck!

Breakfast:
Eggs and Toast: 220

Snack:
Biscuit (200)

Lunch:
Salad with Croutons, bacon bits, mushrooms, and Balsamic Dressing (200)
Milk (90)

Dinner:
2 bowls Taco Soup :( (about 600)

Dessert:
1 Krispy Kreme Doughnut :( (190)

Total: 1500

  1. I started regretting that donut when I weighed myself, and I still weighed the same. :) I mean I knew I probably would, but a girl can dream!
