- a medium sweet potato only has about 103 calories, but since I am only eating half but adding sugar and butter, it brings it back up about 100

NO WAY are apple and PB 450 Calories!

ReplyDeletethey are 450 if you go sparing on the PB... 2TBS of PB is about 200 calories and an small/medium apple is about 50-60
