June 19

Breakfast:
Eggs and Toast (240)

Snack:
Mango (107)

Lunch:
Pita & Hummus (500)
*the hummus only has 50 calories per 2 TBS, so that is great, but the pita bread is 150 each! Adds up fast!

Exercise:
Walked/Jogged 2.5 miles (-200)
* I walked most of it. I am pretty out of shape since it has been a while since I have run on a daily basis. I have to slowly get myself back into it with out pushing too hard

  1. Sounds like a yummy day! I love pita and hummus. For the next few weeks, after tomorrow, I am going to stop counting calories and just focus on writing everything I eat. I just have too much going to be tabulating calories, and it stresses me out to see them add up! But I would like to keep track of the quality of what I am eating.
