June 9th

Thank you Stori for getting on to me about not keeping up!! I am going to be good from now on since it is even more important now.
I was good yesterday and did a little jogging. It hurt! It's amazing how taking a few weeks off can quickly get you out of shape! oh well, I am going to get back into it slowing with my doctor's permission.

Breakfast:
Eggs and toast (280)

Snack:
Cake (200) **disclaimer: i'm guessing here lol

Lunch:
grilled cheese (230)

Snack:
4 crackers and cheese (100)

Dinner:
Left over Cheeseburger (350)
Beans (100)
Salad (100)

Exercise:
arms and legs exercises for about 30 min with lots of stretching (-100)

Total: 1260

  1. Haha, I actually kind of enjoyed not having to be accountable to someone... as I am sure you can tell from my food choices the past few days! But I'm glad you're back!
