June 16

Breakfast:
Eggs and Toast (240)

Potato salad (200)

Snack:
Blueberry muffin (150)
-I made these from my pregnancy cookbook so they are made with whole wheat flour, oats, twice the blueberries, white grape juice concentrate instead of sugar. They are actually pretty good but they aren't as big or as sweet.

Dinner: (360)
Fruit- apple(60)
Grapes (50)
Peach (60)
Prunes (40)
Blueberry muffin (150)

Total: 1250
