June 1st

Today seems pretty appropriate to start back on my food diary. Not only is it my first day back from gorging myself on vacation, but it is the 1st of June and a Monday! lol
I ate sooooo much on vacation, it is rediculous! I started to keep track, but then couldn't keep up. We had a chef come on Wednesday night to cook for us... OH MY GOSH! I have not eaten that much good food in one sitting in a VERY long time! She made lots of local delicacies so at that point I just gave up...
So, here I am starting over, once again. I really need to get myself kicked back into gear with running, too. Hopefully I get myself outside this evening when it cools down a bit.

Breakfast:
Coffee (0) *we were COMPLETELY out of food in the house so I had to go to the grocery before I could eat anything

Snack:
PB sandwich (280)

Lunch:
Spinach Salad (200)

Snack:
salami and cheese (150)
milk (120)

Dinner:
6" Subway Melt (390)
yogurt (80)
