I have decided to start a food diary to keep myself up to speed on my eating habits. I used to be really good at this, but have been slacking lately. I hope this starts to help. I will also be including any (if any, lol) exercise that I do that particular day. Feel free to comment as I go! :)

Exercise:
Jogged 2.5 miles (-250 calories)
