1/2 chicken burrito w/ queso on top from MiPatio in Ponchatoula [I am going to be conservative and over estimate here] (700)

*I can't ever turn down an offer to go to lunch with a bunch of girls.... so it looks like the diet just suffers

*** I can not eat any more today... ya right! lol

Ok so I gave in...

I finished the other half of the burrito from lunch :(

What an awful day! I felt gross from the mexican food all day, so I didnt run either...ugh!

April 27 Day 1

I have decided to start a food diary to keep myself up to speed on my eating habits. I used to be really good at this, but have been slacking lately. I hope this starts to help. I will also be including any (if any, lol) exercise that I do that particular day. Feel free to comment as I go! :)

Italian soup/pasta (it's homemade so I don't really have a name for it) (+ - 350)
w/ 1/4 c. Mozzarella cheese (80)
1 garlic bread (50)
12 oz milk (135)

Exercise:
Jogged 2.5 miles (-250 calories)
